All our online payments are processed through Stripe which is a secure and reliable online payment processor. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Payment can also be made via bank transfer, but orders will not be processed until payment has been made. Our bank detail will be given upon request.
Once an order has been placed and paid for, you will receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address you provided. Please check your spam folders if this hasn’t been received.
We are VAT registered and 20% tax is included in your order.
Your e-mail order confirmation is not a VAT receipt. If you require one, please get in contact once you have placed your order.
We operate under the margin scheme for most of our art sales. VAT will not be shown on your receipt for any art sales.
The presentation, texts, documentation, illustrations, designs, icons, software and all other content on the Art of Protest Gallery www.artofprotestgallery.com are protected by international copyright laws.
Art of Protest retains all rights, including photographs, text and any other information contained in and on the site.
Art of Protest expressly forbids the copying of any protected content on the site.
Whilst we endeavour to portray artwork and prints accurately in our photographs, the actual colours and appearance may vary to what you see on your screens. We always advise to come and visit us prior to purchasing where possible.
Delivery. Prints are sent in a tube using a courier service. Smaller prints will be flat-packed wherever possible. All art is fully insured in transit and is covered for loss or damage up to your door. Please ensure you are at home to accept delivery as any items left at your property are not insured from that point on.
Art of Protest is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping.
Art of Protest is not responsible for international duties or taxes. All international duties and taxes in relationship to your order are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All items are subject to availability.
Art of Protest will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
All prices are subject to change without notification, and while every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on our website, they are not guaranteed prior to or post purchase. If any price is different from that displayed, we will inform you before dispatching the order and you will have the option of continuing with the order or not. Art of Protest reserves the right to refund the purchase of any incorrectly priced or out of stock items.
All sales are to be conducted in GBP and we do not accept any other currency unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
Art Orders: If you are not entirely happy with any purchase, please send it back to us within 14 days of purchase and we will replace or refund the product.
Bespoke & Framed orders: Due to the custom nature of each product we produce, we can not offer any refund once your order has been produced. If you are not 100% happy, we will always endeavour to rectify/replace your product until you are satisfied with your product. Art of Protest will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred to return products to us for repairs/replacements.
Art Of Protest cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do have to return any item, kindly use a trackable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service
Once an item has been collected and left the gallery, the customer takes full responsibility for the welfare and condition of the item in transportation and hanging/displaying. If it does ascertain any superficial damage once it has left the gallery, the gallery is no longer responsible for said damage.
Privacy & Cookie Policies
Art Of Protest acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and certainly will not sell it to others.
Right to Alter Terms & Conditions
The Art of Protest Gallery website is constantly changing and these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Art of Protest reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
Artworks that are not safe to be rolled into shipping tubes and require special flat-packing may require additional shipping crate and courier costs. Please contact the gallery directly to gain a quote.
Gift Vouchers may be redeemed within 12 months of purchase, against all items on sale.
Variations in Artworks
All artwork descriptions and dimensions listed on the website are intended to be as accurate as possible. However, sizes can vary from print to print. Please do not purchase pre-made frames in advance of receiving and thoroughly checking an artwork. We cannot be held accountable for any framing costs incurred in any circumstance.
A deposit payment will reserve an artwork for you for 28 days. You will only be able to collect your artwork if you have paid in full. If you do not pay the remaining balance and collect your product within this period, then the artwork will be put back in stock, and you will be refunded.
If you would like us to hold them for longer you must advise us. The additional length of time for which we will hold your goods is solely at our discretion.
Apply for a 0% APR loan between £300 and £2500 when purchasing eligible art.
Own Art Loans of more than £2,500 are available subject to status with an additional £50 administration fee.
Finance is provided by Novuna Personal Finance, a division of Novuna Capital (UK) PLC, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Loans are 0% APR Representative.
All Own Art purchases must be delivered to the address registered to your application or collected in store with ID and proof of address matching the Own Art registered address.
Our standard returns policy does not apply to Own Art purchases.
