"When Money Comes" - I was walking along Rye Lane when I heard the most powerful voice singing a song in Yoruba. Following the sound, it led me to the Peckham Rye Station compound and this woman sitting, emanating joy. A Nigerian shopkeeper translated part of the lyrics for me - "when money comes you can dress like you've never been through trauma." Apparently, it's from a Sunny Ade song.
(She appears on the large, seated cow, with the illustration showing the background context. The Coal Rooms is a very lovely and very bijou restaurant, serving retro British food, occupying the old waiting room at Peckham Rye Station.)
